Welcome!

Welcome to my first blogging experience. I never thought I would be interested in writting about my day and goings on for everyone to read, but if it means keeping up with friends then i'll do it =).

Well here's the update so I can start fresh and hopefully everyone is on the same page. I've been living with rion now for about two weeks and it's been interesting....When you live on your own for a long time doing what you want to do and doing things on your schedule it's a little difficult to have someone move into your space that you actually have to start thinking about. So right now i'm focused on compromise.....and anyone who knows me knows this is really not my strong suit. Other then that it's great to come home to somone and actually have some fun in the evenings.

Like this evening we went on a mission to find beer. Now you might think this is an easy task, but you are very very wrong. We were not looking for just any beer we were looking for premium beer something that Oregon is known for. Eventually we were able to find just what we were looking for and I am now happily enjoying my organic Hefe-weizen.

As for work, it's quarter close, which in the corporate accounting world means sleepless nights and over caffinated days for the next two weeks. Saddest part about the whole thing is that it's my favorite time at work. It's challenging, long and stressful, but it's the only time that the office is really buzzing with life. Only bad thing about it is that i'll have journal entries and cash flow statements floating in my head at night, but that's just the great life of an accountant!
